Rebecca Humphrey embodies these values, spreading love and paying it forward to those in need. Indeed, we are truly inspired by Rebecca and the honor bestowed on her as a 2019 Women of Valor award recipient at the 2019 St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters Awards Tea.
