SAN FRANCISCO (January 19, 2023) – Savills added Kristen Raymond as an associate director in San Francisco, building on the firm’s current project management capabilities and strategic advisory services in the West region and across North America.

Raymond holds over 20 years of construction project management and real estate development experience in the public and private sectors. Raymond specializes in the strategic planning and execution of large-scale projects, with particular emphasis on core and shell, tenant improvement, renovation, and modernization.

“The strategic growth of our project management capabilities in key markets has mirrored the continuing evolution of our clients’ needs,” said Michael Glatt, vice chairman and head of project management at Savills. “Kristen’s deep expertise in design and construction, as well as her strong relationships and reputation within the San Francisco Bay Area, will be an immediate asset to Savills and our clients.”

Raymond previously held managerial roles with the San Francisco-based commercial real estate investment firm, Presidio Bay Ventures. She oversaw the delivery of construction projects, including Springline, a mixed-use resort style development consisting of Class A offices, 183 apartments, and high-end restaurants. Prior to that role, Raymond was the owner’s representative project manager for the San Francisco Unified School District, delivering over 20 PK-12 school capital projects and five ground-up buildings for California’s sixth largest school district.

Raymond’s arrival continues the expansion of the project management platform at Savills since its acquisition of Macro Consultants LLC in March 2020. The firm has grown the group’s leadership and teams in markets across the United States, including New York, Philadelphia, Washington, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and South Florida.
