Brian Jackson is an Associate Director at Savills, where he holds over 15 years of experience in construction project management. In this role, Brian manages and oversees all phases of capital projects from design and planning through construction and close-out. Brian’s ability to manage schedules and budgets, coordinate resources, and deliver high-quality plans and presentations is of great value to clients. Dedicated to project standards and disciplined in his methods, Brian utilizes a high-touch, proactive approach to managing projects and relationships, building bridges with different stakeholder groups through open and clear communication. Brian’s work ethic, proficient oversight, and expertise in scheduling and budget management are only a few of the tools he utilizes to provide comprehensive services to his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a Senior Project Manager at United LLC, a full-service Construction Management firm based in Philadelphia. Brian provided management oversight of all phases of construction projects, including coordinating workers, developing cost-effective plans and schedules and reviewing architectural and engineering drawings.
Deeply committed to his own professional development, Brian holds multiple certifications and accreditations. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, BREEAM Accredited Professional, and Fitwel Ambassador.
