Catherine McGuckin Cantlin
Catherine McGuckin Cantlin is an Executive Director at Savills with over 20 years of leadership and Project Management experience. Catherine is recognized as a trusted advisor, leveraging her MBA degree from St. Joseph’s University and a post-graduate degree in Architecture. A creative problem-solver and excellent communicator, Catherine’s unique ability to align stakeholder objectives while managing risks is second to none.
Over the past five years, Catherine has been a strategic leader of several noteworthy projects, including the 1.33 million square foot Comcast Technology Center, which included NBC and Telemundo broadcast studios, a state-of-the-art Town Hall, Showcase Labs, a 60,000 square foot bi-level commissary and a 30,000 square foot fitness center. Additionally, Catherine has served as Project Executive and Team Leader for the Thomas Jefferson University Project Management assignment.
Catherine has led large development projects on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients in corporate, government, healthcare and higher education market sectors.
