Glen Dabaghian is Director, Project Management at Macro, where he brings over 20 years of project management, architectural design, and construction administration experience. As a trusted advisor to his clients, Glen leads multiple work groups and stakeholders, professionals, and constructors to ensure project delivery is within budget, on schedule, and aligned with the client’s vision with exceptional attention to detail.
Glen’s professional experience encompasses mid- to high-rise base building and interior fit-out of Academic, Civic Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and Corporate HQ projects from conceptualization through post-occupancy with sensitivity toward sustainability.
As a Registered Architect, Glen provides expertise developing, constructing, and overseeing financials of exciting new technically innovative LEED projects. Glen often exceeds client expectations by projecting and implementing long-term strategic planning, supervising consultants, forecasting and tracking budgets, and streamlining the collaborative process. His managerial responsibilities have also included preparation and negotiation of client and vendor agreements, quality assurance and technical coordination of A/E building systems, and field instruction during active construction.
Before joining Macro, Glen was a Senior Architect at Kliment Halsband. Prior to that, he was with Gensler and Perkins Eastman. Glen has managed projects for clients including Comcast Xfinity, The Walt Disney Corporation, HarperCollins Publishers, Convene, Johnson & Johnson, Blue Sky Studios; Convent of the Sacred Heart; Cerebral Palsy of NYS, Kimpton Hotels; NYS Brooklyn Superior Courthouse; PNC Bank; Rockefeller University; SUNY Construction Fund, and numerous private developers.
Glen is a certified fire fighter, Boy Scout leader, and LEED Accredited Professional.
