Joanna Murray is a Director at Macro, A Savills Company, with 20 years of experience in the field of contract furniture, procurement and facilities planning. Joanna leverages her expertise to lead FF&E and workplace strategy management services on behalf of some of the firm’s largest clients. Process-driven and results-oriented, Joanna brings creative solutions and a unique perspective to any project.
Whether developing budgets, schedules and logistics plans, or recommending bid, negotiation and procurement strategies, Joanna can be counted on to truly manage the details. Her experience-driven process factors into planning and foresight of items often known to derail FF&E projects, such as early coordination with IT/AV to ensure alignment with all stakeholders and product vendors and the development of contingency plans to mitigate risk in the event of construction delays.
Because of her proven track record for developing, managing and executing complex projects, Joanna was selected to lead the procurement, contracting and logistics management of a one-of-a-kind commissioned artwork program for the Comcast Technology Center, which consisted of over 50 local artists and bespoke furniture makers.
Joanna’s past and current clients include Comcast Corporation, NBC10/Telemundo62, Ogilvy, Grey Group, JetBlue, AmeriHealth, Jefferson Health and Greenberg Traurig.
Joanna is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Facilities Management Professional, with a B.S. in Interior Design.
