With over 18 years of project management and development management experience, Matt demonstrates his deep expertise and industry knowledge with transparent communication and a methodical approach. Matt sets a high standard of excellence on his projects, comfortably utilizing the latest tools, technologies, and techniques in project management to routinely find cost and time savings for his clients. Matt has a refined real estate acumen with an in-depth understanding of all functions of program development, entitlement, design and construction project management, and risk mitigation. Keen on maximizing organizational efficiency, Matt strives to meet strategic and mission-critical goals and objectives no matter the scale or scope of his work. Matt’s project work has spanned the corporate, energy, hospitality, and institutional sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an Associate Director at Gardiner & Theobald. There, he managed projects worth up to $1.5B throughout all phases of development. Matt is an advocate for the project management industry, working with local organizations to provide industry programming for the community.

Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
