Michael Frey is an Associate Director at MSavills, with 25 years of Construction, Engineering and Project Management experience. Michael leverages his expertise as a Mechanical Engineer to balance managing the details without losing sight of the big picture.

Michael’s oversight and coordination of design, permitting and construction, in conjunction with his rigorous cost control and contract administration processes, provide a capital project framework designed for success. In particular, these skills inform Michael’s critical expertise in managing broadcast facilities spaces.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked at Gardiner & Theobald Inc., where he provided Owner’s Representation services to retail, commercial and public sectors.

Michael’s past and current clients include NBCUniversal, WWE, Pfizer, United Nations, Exxon Mobil Corporation, Bohler Engineering and Fosun Property Holdings.
