Rory MacRae is an Executive Director at Savills with 15 years of experience in Construction and Project Management. Rory is an experienced and knowledgeable leader in the design and construction of intricate and logistically difficult projects. His projects have ranged in size from full floor fit-outs to ground-up construction for large buildings. Recently, Rory completed the construction of an 830,000 square foot state-of-the-art hospital facility.

Rory’s hands-on management style, along with his astute oversight coordinating various large-scale teams, makes him a valuable asset for any client. Whether he is with senior leaders in the boardroom or rolling up his sleeves at a construction site, Rory provides the strategic insight, practical experience and levity essential for any project. His work spans across the corporate, healthcare, affordable housing and real estate development sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Rory was the Assistant Director of Construction, Kimmel Program, for NYU Langone Health.

Rory’s past and current clients include Genesco, Foxy Management, Digital Currency Group, NYU Langone Health, Spring Hills Senior Communities, Constructive Partnerships (formerly known as Cerebral Palsy Associations of NY State) and a Confidential “Fortune 30” Insurance Company.
