Matthew Preston is a Director at Savills, where he brings over 18 years of project management experience to the firm’s Southeast Region. Drawing on his work with general contractors and developers, Matthew has expertise in managing and collaborating with a diverse project team to meet his clients’ most pressing needs. Matthew’s technical proficiencies combined with his stakeholder management skills provide clients with peace of mind, as he consistently overdelivers on lofty expectations. Fluent in all phases of the project management lifecycle, Matthew believes that clients benefit most when they are engaged in the earliest stages of master planning, site plan approvals, and due diligence efforts. He has managed projects with budgets in excess of $300M.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked as a Team Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle in Orlando, where he oversaw complete project financial management and delivery of interior buildouts, building renovations, and ground-up construction projects. Matthew holds a degree in Business Administration from Morehouse College, and has completed coursework from Florida Atlantic University’s Institute for Design and Construction.
