Joe Guarneri is an Associate Director at Savills. With over a decade of experience in project management, engineering, construction, and development management, Joe is equipped to expertly resolve any issue that his client may face throughout a project life cycle. Joe’s work on both Core & Shell and interior projects has been heralded and acclaimed, and his expertise in amenities has been particularly sought after. Trained in both civil and architectural engineering, Joe’s understanding of a building’s foundations and structures as well as the components necessary for any fit-out has benefited his clients immensely. He complements his technical expertise with his management and leadership skills, highlighted by his writing and public speaking abilities.

Joe was the Core and Shell Construction Manager for Comcast Technology Center in downtown Philadelphia, where he oversaw the construction of the Four Seasons Philadelphia on the top floors of the building. The Comcast Technology Center project included the construction and fit-out of high-end employee eatery and café spaces, one of the amenity locations that Joe personally managed. Joe was additionally the fit-out construction manager for all lobby and amenity spaces in 99 Hudson Street in Jersey City, a 79-story luxury condominium building valued at $650 million.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe worked at Vornado Realty Trust, where he directed the full life cycle of projects from design through closeout. Joe has a Master in Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University.
