Benay Josselson is an Executive Vice President and key member of the Savills Project Management Practice Group’s Senior Leadership Team. In that capacity, Benay leverages her expertise in workforce- and people-related functions to serve as a trusted advisor to navigate complex operational matters, and the appropriate change and communications management functions. Benay provides hands-on guidance and direction with external and internal clients alike.

A former practicing attorney with over 20 years of experience rooted in people management, organizational effectiveness, communications and engagement, Benay has built a reputation as a tireless worker, instrumental leader and valuable advisor for internal and external clients committed to people-centric workplace development. A partner to the C-suite, Benay has successfully developed, launched and implemented strategic initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and reward employees to drive clients’ cultures of growth. She has a proven track record of scaling organizational infrastructure for future growth, as well as leading change and communications management and integration efforts during company acquisitions and other significant corporate changes.

Leading by example, Benay’s emphases on transparency and collaboration permeate throughout her projects and initiatives as she effectively builds consensus and demonstrates dynamic persuasive communication. An effective problem solver, Benay’s ability to balance all perspectives and innately understand differing employee experiences makes her a powerful ally for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Benay was a founding partner of Josselson Law PLLC, where she worked closely with clients on legal and employee relation matters. She was an attorney at Seward & Kissel for over 10 years, providing strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions and employee matters. Benay has co-authored several industry articles on various topics relating to her work, providing subject-matter expertise and serving as a valuable resource to her peers.
