David Humphrey is the Director of Operations at Macro, A Savills Company, where he provides strategic oversight and direction on internal and external operational matters, maximizing the company’s efficiency and effectiveness. With responsibility for the organization’s B2B functions, David is instrumental in building and maintaining the relationships, operational systems and processes which are essential for delivery of its signature white-glove service to clients.

The first line of defense for any in-house need, David is known for his skillful development of short and long-term operational strategies, as he works closely with senior management to identify and meet company objectives while overseeing and managing operational costs and expenses for an effective ROI. No stranger to difficult situations and problem solving, David is known for his creativity, determination and tireless work-ethic to get the job done, on budget and on time.

Prior to taking on the role of Director of Operations, David served in a Project Management role, during which time he honed his acumen for facilities management, tailored customer service and exceptional product delivery.
