Bailey Graves is an Associate Director at Macro, A Savills Company, where she holds nearly a decade of experience in program management services across a variety of industries and applications. Bailey helps clients define, pursue, and achieve their goals through a collaborative approach to program implementation, as a subject matter expert in Strategic Advisory and PMO services.
Utilizing her experience in executive communications and data visualization, Bailey excels in identifying and establishing data-driven organizational improvements through responsive, replicable processes, including translating complex technical requirements and program performance into easily digestible information for decision-makers and end-users. Her programmatic approach to managing her clients’ toughest problems equips them for continued long-term success.
Beyond client work, Bailey is a leader in furthering Macro’s efforts to build diversity, equity, and inclusion, dedicating herself to Macro’s culture of mentorship and community. In addition to her role in advancing DEI at Macro, Bailey serves as the co-chair of the Pride+ Employee Resource Group at Macro’s parent organization, Savills North America.
