Christine Freed is a Senior Director at Macro, A Savills Company, with over eight years of Human Resources experience. Christine empowers her colleagues to grow and develop in their positions across teams, as she implements training, coaching and continuing education programs that provide staff with the skills and support to thrive. A trusted member of the HR team, Christine operates as the go-to confidant for many of her co-workers, offering solutions and advising managers on a day-to-day basis. Christine is adept in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and retention.

Throughout her career, Christine has worked in various Human Resources roles, managing a wide range of multifaceted HR-related projects and operations. Prior to joining the firm, Christine was a member of the global human resources team at The Economist Group, where she tackled complex HR issues, developed strategies for the Talent Acquisition team and led internal initiatives relating to company culture and wellness.
