Jessica has a track record of success in commercial interiors, healthcare and public housing design and construction projects, as well as change management projects, ensuring a high level of focus and steadiness in fast-paced and high-intensity environments. Having worked client-side, as a construction manager and as a consultant, Jessica understands how to deliver high quality work adjusted specifically to project needs. She forges positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they feel heard and expectations are aligned. Always flexible and adaptable, Jessica takes any new challenge head-on and ready to succeed.

Prior to working at Macro, Jessica worked for WeWork as an Associate Project Manager, where she oversaw a portfolio of over 5 clients, some with several projects. Jessica additionally has worked at Lendlease, where she coordinated construction tasks related to maintaining the cost and schedule of a variety of healthcare projects.
