Kristen Raymond is a Director at Savills, with over 20 years’ experience in Construction Project Management and Commercial Real Estate Development. A detail-oriented team leader and experienced relationship manager, Kristen specializes in the strategic planning and execution of large-scale and complex projects. She has held managerial roles in design and construction with particular emphasis on core and shell, tenant improvement, renovation and modernization. Kristen guides her clients through the complexities of integrating and implementing new technologies to their workplace, aligning the technology management timeline with the overarching project schedule. Her ability to nurture strong dynamics amongst diverse stakeholders contributes to an environment of accountability, collaboration, trust, and transparency, leading to clear understanding of shared objectives and path to success. As both a manager of projects and people, Kristen prides herself ensuring her team has the resources and knowledge to perform to their highest potential.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristen oversaw the delivery of construction projects at Presidio Bay Ventures, notably as Tenant Improvement Lead for Springline, a mixed-use resort style development featuring Class A office, modern residence, and premier restaurants. Kristen also served as the Owner’s Representative Project Manager for the San Francisco Unified School District, delivering over twenty PK-12 school capital projects and five ground-up buildings for California’s sixth largest school district.
