Tonya Williams joined the team in 2021 and specializes in developing and delivering workplace strategy solutions for clients globally. In this role, she helps organizations further the business’s purpose by creating the framework for an effective workplace strategy foundation. Tonya works with clients closely to understand their real estate needs, culture, work methodology, technology, and the business drivers and challenges to merge the art and science of workplace. Utilizing workplace data such as social physics, benchmarking and research, engagement in visioning and observation sessions, and programming and design expertise, Tonya executes a workplace strategy recommendation with data and thoughtfulness that is unique to each organization.

With over a decade of workplace design, project management, and real estate experience, leading the exploration and execution of projects from onset to programming and through construction, Tonya views the client’s needs with a holistic approach. Most recently she served as the Workplace Strategy Lead Advisor for the ExxonMobil global account. As an embedded member of the client’s Project Management Office, she was the steward of the workplace design criteria and provided workplace strategy which included benchmarking and research, design and furniture insight and best practices, value engineering evaluations, and worked closely with the commercial team creating real estate scenarios. Tonya’s prior experience includes serving as workplace strategy, design lead, and project manager at Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY), where her duties included developing schematic master plans and programming for multiple locations, including the company’s energy headquarter campus, and working with ConocoPhillips – Lower 48 on their multi-story program and design standards.
