Zac Sargent is a Senior Director at Savills, with over 18 years of experience in construction project management. Zac’s work has touched a wide variety of project types across market sectors including laboratory and life sciences, technology, legal, corporate, hospitality, and non-profit. A seasoned project executive, Zac is recognized for his exceptional client service and dedication to client success. Zac places a premium on building relationships on his teams and with clients, vendors, and partners alike, cultivating trust while empowering all stakeholders to bring their best to each project. With expertise in site planning, vendor and stakeholder management, lease negotiation, and construction administration, Zac is a proven asset to his clients across all aspects of a project.

Prior to joining the firm, Zac developed and led the project management platforms for leading commercial real estate brokerage firms in Boston. He launched in-house project management verticals as an extension of those firms’ real estate services, supporting clients throughout their development and construction projects. Zac holds a Master of Science in Architectural Studies from Robert Gordon University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation from University of Mary Washington.
