Raquel Gapay is a Director at Macro, A Savills Company, with over 20 years of management experience in Operations, Facilities, Events and Client Services.

Leveraging her experience leading office services and client services teams, Raquel is a hands-on authority on Relationship Management, Employee Engagement, and client-facing needs. Raquel acts as the liaison between MACRO, A Savills Company’s, internal and external relationships, overseeing and executing client requests with acute precision while working with stakeholders to ensure that the organization consistently provides its signature white-glove service for its projects.

Raquel is experienced in both Project Management and working alongside Senior Management, proving time and again that no detail is too small for her to address. Raquel leads the charge in ensuring that every possible scenario is considered and planned for.

Prior to her current position, Raquel served in a senior role specializing in Move and Decommissioning Management and Event Management. Raquel has worked directly with clients including Comcast, Northwestern Mutual, Duff & Phelps, The Woodner Company and Argo Group.
