Eric Merkelson is a Senior Director at Savills, with over 15 years of leadership and Project Management experience. Eric has managed a wide range of projects from law offices to luxury residential, including Retail Design Institute award-winning flagship and fixture upgrade programs. Prior to joining the firm, Eric honed his skills on high-profile projects including the construction of a BMW dealership, the multi-phased renovation of a historic courthouse in downtown Manhattan, and the development of multi-million dollar residences in a landmarked Brooklyn building.
