Jason Bergen is a Senior Director at Savills, with over 20 years of extensive Project Management experience, including corporate, commercial, retail, institutional and residential work. Jason provides leadership and expertise on projects involving Construction Coordination and Owner’s Representation.

Leveraging his architectural training, Jason’s clients rely on his leadership, even keel and measured approach to creative problem solving, regardless of the challenge. Jason is involved in his projects from end-to-end, ranging from Conceptual Planning and Schedule Development, to Construction Oversight and Project Closeout. An expert in Core & Shell and Interiors, Jason applies his hands-on involvement to lead teams to successful outcomes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an Associate at Allen & Killcoyne Architects (AKA), managing a studio of 12 professionals and developing projects in various industries. Jason helped the firm secure a range of industry awards, including ‘Retail Store of the Year’ for Kiehl’s and managed the build-out for the firm’s new office.

Jason’s project experience portfolio includes working with Digital Currency Group, Blue Sky Studios, Village Community School, Convent of the Sacred Heart, Dylan’s Candy Bar, F.A.O. Schwartz, Global Industries, Hershey’s Times Square, L’Oreal, Marc Jacobs, IPG – Initiative & McCann Erickson, Rolex and SecondMarket.
