Marc Messina
Executive Director
Marc is an Executive Director at Savills, with three decades of experience in capital project and real estate portfolio management. A seasoned executive and strategic business partner who has overseen large cross functional teams on domestic and international development projects, Marc provides best-in-class solutions for his diverse corporate clients. From capital planning through build-out and occupancy, Marc’s collaborative, design-focused approach enables clients to realize their vision and objectives at all stages of the project lifecycle. His broad technical expertise in site evaluation reporting, pre-lease negotiation, and design implementation has been integral to the design and construction of projects worldwide. Leading with integrity and a commitment to success, Marc continuously strives for innovative problem-solving and implementation of best practices to monitor the risk, health, and financial performance of his projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc worked at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director, Head of America’s Large Capital Project Management Team, where he oversaw a capital portfolio of 600 locations nationwide and delivered an annual capital construction plan of $700MM across 150 projects. Prior to that, as Senior Vice President in Citigroup’s Real Estate Services Division, Marc managed all capital projects for a Confidential Financial Services Client, overseeing their real estate strategies including acquisition, expansion, and consolidation initiatives for a 350+ location portfolio. Marc previously served as Senior Architect at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill LLP.
