Michael Kuzmuk is an Associate Director at Savills, specializing in project management, code and zoning/building permitting, cost management, schedule management and overall construction auditing. His knowledge of building code and expediting has proven an invaluable asset to clients seeking to meet construction schedules and tenant occupancy milestones. Michael’s diverse project portfolio and services includes a number of notable projects and clients including The Associated Press, Fitch Ratings, and Zillow Group. Services include a full range of project management and tenant representation services, including but not limited to project scheduling, contract review and negotiations, auditing, budget management and reporting, move management, design oversight, and client relocation.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael spent five years at Milrose Consultants, where he gained expertise in project management, building code, NYC agency approvals, and expediting. Over the course of his career, Michael has gained extensive experience navigating the approvals processes at New York City agencies such as the Department of Buildings (DOB), New York City Fire Department (FDNY), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Finance (DOF) and New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC).
