Emily Sobel is an Executive Vice President at Savills and a key member of the Project Management Practice Group’s Senior Leadership Team. Emily has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Design and Construction. Combined with her grassroots training as a licensed architect, Emily has a powerfully comprehensive understanding of all elements involved with the capital project lifecycle. This knowledge translates into a trademark leadership, with steadfast commitment to both the people and the process.
Emily has extensive experience managing design projects, allowing her to provide valuable insight on projects of any size. She evaluates each task during design and construction with consideration of each stakeholder, keenly understanding the interdependencies between the consultants, vendors, project team and clients. It is this thoughtful discretion that makes Emily such a sought-after advisor to her clients.
As a devoted and interactive leader, Emily has spearheaded programs that have strengthened relationships and promoted wellness across teams. She has built initiatives that empower others to become leaders and mentors themselves, as well as dedicated herself to the advancement of women and other diverse leaders within the industry.
