Naida Serak is a Senior Director at Savills, with over 10 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Naida is recognized by her clients as a trusted advisor, leveraging her Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse University and an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Naida has been involved in retail, commercial and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, overseeing Conceptual Design, Project Design, Construction Administration, Supervision and Procurement. Naida’s keen eye and critical-analysis skills enable her to exceed expectations on any project.

Prior to joining the firm, Naida was a Project Manager at Adelhardt Construction Corporation in New York City. In that role, she managed construction projects ranging in size from logistically-complicated bank vestibule renovations to substantial electrical and mechanical upgrades for the Empire State Building.

Naida’s past and current clients include Greenberg Traurig, Willis Towers Watson, Bank Street College of Education, Vital Strategies, Digital Currency Group, Village Community School, Comcast, Club Monaco and WPP/Ogilvy CommonHealth.
